Refunds are only issued for orders cancelled prior to shipment or in the rare event of receiving a physically damaged device (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video evidence).

Once a refund is approved by our billing team, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days, depending on your bank's processing speed.
Verification
All refund requests undergo a strict verification process. For technical service issues, a physical inspection of the device at our Subir shop is required before any resolution is provided.
