Jasmin Mobile Subir follows a strictly non-refundable policy for all technical assets and services. As a standard practice, no refunds are issued once an order is placed or delivered.
In extremely rare circumstances where a customer provides a valid reason for a refund, our technical team will conduct a rigorous verification process. Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee a refund; approval is solely at the discretion of the store administration and is never guaranteed.
Prepaid orders
If an exception is approved for a prepaid order, the refund will be processed after a mandatory 2% deduction for payment gateway charges and the full deduction of applicable delivery charges.
Cod orders
For cash on delivery orders, any approved refund exception will be issued only after the deduction of the non-refundable advance payment and a technical verification audit.

Jasmin Mobile Subir utilizes professional payment gateways for all transactions. If a payment is successful at your bank but fails to register in our terminal, the amount will be automatically reconciled and returned to your source within 2 to 7 business days by the banking gateway.

Cod non-refundable terms
For cash on delivery orders, the advance payment is strictly non-refundable. This deposit covers technical inspection, security packaging, and logistics dispatch costs. Once an order is manifested, these funds are consumed by the fulfillment terminal and cannot be returned.
